I joined the start-up in late 2006 as an editorial and marketing assistant. Starting with content management, user support and english-to-french translation, I was progressively in charge of the whole localisation management (overseing the work of crowdsourced translators) as well as the social media/community stuff. I left in summer 2010 to pursue other projects after 3 years and 9 months on board. It was an amazing ride and I enjoyed every minute of it : seeing the company growing from a dozen to 30+ employees and becoming profitable, meeting and interacting with key-industry people, working and having fun with a high profile super-talented team.

Today Netvibes is used accros 190 countries/regions and translated in 70+ languages. Despite heavy competition and ever-evolving habits in the way we use the internet, it is still one of the best social media tool and real-time web dashboard out there.
